DJUSD Libraries
Mission Statement

The mission of the Davis Joint Unified School District Libraries is to foster a lifelong love and habit of reading, while promoting skills and literacy in the ethical and effective use of information and technology among all students. This is accomplished by the instruction of teacher librarians supported by technicians, who work collaboratively with faculty and staff and oversee the provision of a wide variety of print and electronic resources.

Library Staff

2018-2019 Book Club

We are continuing our Willett Family Book Club this year. This program is for parents and students. The Book Club chooses a book to read. After reading the book, we'll meet one evening for a group discussion. We read on average one book a month, with one book club meeting.

Our next meeting is Tuesday, November 27 at 6:45 pm. We will meet at the Willett Library.

Our November book is A Monster Calls by Patrick Ness.

4th, 5th and 6th grade teachers have flyers for their students. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Fluetsch.
